Booking this space by the hour provides your team with a highly professional, distraction-free environment in a premium location, without the commitment of a long-term lease.
Ideal For:
Group brainstorming, collaborative team sprints, uninterrupted study sessions, small workshop groups, and confidential client meetings.
Office Features:
• Collaborative Setup: A 100 sq. ft. configuration featuring one long collaborative table and 4 comfortable chairs.
• 24/7 Workspace Access: Available for after-hours and federal holiday bookings with seamless entry via the Kisi app. A security deposit may be required.
• Secure High-Speed Wi-Fi: Reliable internet connectivity optimized for group collaboration and video calls.
• Convenient Power: Easily accessible electrical outlets for your team's laptops and devices.

Catering:
While we do not offer onsite catering, our office is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, just a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants, including casual eateries, fine dining, and cafes offering diverse cuisines.
Facilities & Local Support:
There are restrooms available for our clients, and the office is accessible by elevator. The SaGE Office Manager is available on-site during the usual office hours (9 am - 5 pm), and for extended hours, an entry code will be provided for clients.

• Subway & PATH: D, F, N, R, W, and 6 trains have stops nearby. You can also access PATH trains which are just a few blocks away.
• Bus: Convenient routes include the M1, M2, M3, M5, Q32, and M55.

Weekend Booking Policy:
To ensure a seamless experience, please complete your weekend bookings by Friday at 3:00 PM. This guarantees you receive your access codes and entry instructions well in advance. Booking early ensures you have everything you need on hand, saving you from a last-minute scramble to reach us for entry details or troubleshooting during your weekend bookings.
